Don began his career in the music industry before becoming a full-time teacher with a Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Education. He has 18 years of experience, from working in primary schools briefly before mainly teaching in kindergartens in Hong Kong.

Don grew up in Hong Kong as a child who studied in ESF international schools and believes that quality early childhood learning experiences shape children to be positive learners in their future. He enjoys incorporating the Arts and IT with classroom activities to help children further express their learning comfortably and confidently.

In his spare time, Don continues to produce music and occasionally collaborates with other artists.

Ms Tiffany began working in education directly after graduation from school, and has been working hard for more than ten years in Early Childhood Education. With the help and support of her fellow teachers, and the trust and encouragement of her school leaders she has progressed and learned a lot. She has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Education specialising in Early Childhood Education.

Ms Tiffany is very passionate about preschool education. She loves every child and uses this love and her patience to help her to develop strong bonds and rapport. She strives to provide an inviting environment in which children can explore and develop. She adjusts her teaching according to the needs of her students, and constantly integrates new ideas and educational concepts into her teaching.

Ms. Giulia, originally from Lecco on Lake Como, began studying the violin as a young child and went on to complete her Bachelor of Music in Violin at the Conservatory Niccolò Paganini in Genoa, before pursuing her Master of Music at the Conservatory Giuseppe Verdi in Como. She brings solid teaching experience in Italy and Hong Kong, designing engaging lessons that introduce young learners to musical expression, rhythm, movement, and early instrumental exploration.

As an accomplished performing violinist, Ms. Giulia has taken part in orchestral and ensemble projects across Italy, France, and Hong Kong, collaborating with distinguished conductors in opera seasons, baroque ensembles, and youth orchestras. She brings this rich artistic background into the classroom, creating meaningful musical experiences that support children's cognitive, emotional, and social development.

As Music Specialist, Ms. Giulia is committed to nurturing a warm, creative environment where children discover music as a universal language and a powerful tool for growth. Her classroom is a joyful space of rhythm and creative expression, and beyond it, she continues to perform with orchestras and ensembles.

Mr. Ashley, originally from South Africa, began his teaching journey as a PE teacher at an all-boys international school, working with learners from early years through primary school. He is passionate about creating engaging, active learning experiences that help children thrive.

Mr. Ashley believes in expression through play-based learning, with a strong emphasis on building learners' independence. Known for his high energy and playful nature, he creates a safe, positive classroom where children feel encouraged to participate, take initiative, and grow in confidence. His classroom is a dynamic space of energy and encouragement.

In his spare time, Mr. Ashley enjoys reading, working out, and playing football.

Ms. Raj has over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, including more than 10 years at PIPS. After relocating to Canada with her family, she has recently moved back to Hong Kong and rejoined our team.

Raj's educational journey spans both India and Hong Kong. Early in her career, she spent three years at a local preschool before transitioning to an international kindergarten that followed the British National Curriculum, where she embraced working with children and staff from diverse backgrounds. Notably, she was actively involved in our school’s IB authorisation process and has participated in various IB workshops both within and outside of the school.

Passionate about working with preschoolers, Raj excels at forming close relationships with her students. She is dedicated to creating inspiring classroom environments that encourage exploration, foster interaction, and help children reach their full potential.

In her spare time, Raj enjoys relaxing at home, engaging in deep conversations with family and friends, and diving into a good book.

Ms. Icy brings over fifteen years of early childhood education experience to her role as a Mandarin teacher. She holds a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and a second-class grade in the National Mandarin Proficiency Test. Having taught at a Bilingual Kindergarten and an International School, she has rich bilingual and cross-cultural expertise.

Ms. Icy believes education should be rooted in love and professionalism, creating a joyful environment where children grow through fun, interactive, and situational learning. She fosters language skills and creative thinking, helping students build confident expression. Her classroom is a space for exploration and happy learning.

In her spare time, Ms. Icy enjoys cultural pursuits, staying active, and connecting with her community.

Jessica was born in Hong Kong and emmigrated to Vancouver, Canada when she was three years old. Later on, she emmigrated to Washington, (USA) to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Sociology. After her return to Hong Kong in 2012, Jessica began her journey as a teacher. Jessica discovered her love for early years education which inspired her to pursue her TEFL and Master’s Degree in Education from The University of Hong Kong. Jessica has achieved grade 10 Piano and a certificate for working with dyslexic children.

Jessica enjoys reading crime fiction. She enjoys cooking and baking all manner of sweet treats, believing that the best way to bond is through good food, especially desserts.

Ms. Lydia, originally from the United Kingdom, graduated from Northumbria University with a degree in Childhood Studies and Early Years. After teaching English in a primary school in Shenzhen, China, she moved to Hong Kong in 2020, where she has spent three years as a dedicated kindergarten teacher.

Ms. Lydia is passionate about creating a nurturing environment that encourages children to express themselves through play and inquiry-based learning. She believes in empowering young learners to embrace their individuality, fostering a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere. Her diverse teaching experiences have enriched her understanding of educational practices.

In her spare time, Ms. Lydia enjoys cooking, travelling to new destinations, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Bernie is of Filipino descent but born and raised in Hong Kong. Growing up in a musical family ignited a passion for music, setting her afoot into a career in the music industry, which progressed into vocal coaching and teaching choirs, and finally education. With more than 16 years of experience in preschool education, Bernie has taught in prominent local kindergartens, continuously incorporating singing and music into her classes.

Having a genuine love for children, Bernie is also a mother of four - two girls and two boys. She is dedicated to helping children achieve their goals while motivating their enthusiasm to learn.

In her spare time, Bernie teaches a children’s choir at a local church and volunteers in a music ministry for the church’s teen peer support group. She also loves cycling, aquascaping and teaching new tricks to her family's pet birds.

Ms. Natasha, half-Singaporean and half-British, holds a BA in Fine Arts and taught art in Singapore for three years, before becoming a kindergarten teacher in Hong Kong in 2018. Her artistic background shapes her philosophy, fostering curiosity and self-expression through play-based, creative activities.

Ms. Natasha creates an inclusive classroom where children explore, ask questions, and build confidence through art, storytelling, and hands-on learning. She is dedicated to nurturing thoughtful, imaginative individuals who love learning. Her innovative and heartfelt approach makes her classroom a joyful space of discovery.

Outside of teaching, Ms. Natasha enjoys painting, drawing, volunteering at animal adoption centres, and spending time in nature.

Aliesha grew up in Perth, Western Australia, before moving to Hong Kong in 2019. Holding numerous certifications in Early Childhood Education through the British Council, Aliesha has worked with various age groups but has found that she has a special passion for younger children and their innate desire to explore and seek to understand the world around them. Aliesha is currently completing her studies in Health Science to learn more about the field of paediatric occupational therapy.

Aliesha believes in teaching through play-based and sensory activities, allowing children to problem-solve, experiment, and become confident in their own decision-making. She thinks activities should be fun and engaging in a way that promotes individual interests, allowing for intrinsic motivation and pride to flourish.

Outside of school, Aliesha enjoys creative activities, such as sewing and making jewellery, as well as reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Ms. Olivia, originally from England, holds a Law Degree from the University of Manchester, before discovering her true passion for early childhood education. She brings dedicated experience teaching and nurturing toddlers from 18 months old, believing the early years are a crucial time for discovery.

Ms. Olivia loves helping young learners build confidence through play-based learning, creating a warm, active, and inquiry-based learning environment where children thrive. Her classroom is a lively space of curiosity and confidence-building.

In her spare time, Ms. Olivia enjoys reading, playing rugby, and exploring Hong Kong.

何麗珊老師熱衷幼兒教育工作，教學經驗豐富，已修畢幼兒教育榮譽學士課程及校長證書課程。她認為對於不同年齡的幼兒都有其發展的特質和需要，但有一個共通點都是天真活潑、愛說愛笑及喜歡動腦筋的小寶貝。她認為幼兒在學習上會有自己的看法和意見，是能夠獨立自主的，因此作為老師，要賦予兒童廣闊的學習空間和機會，培養出「勇於表達」、「敢於創新」的新一代。同樣，她認為家庭教育也非常重要，盼望能與家長攜手合作，為幼兒創建愉快共融的學習成長之路，並培養他們懂得孝順父母、尊敬師長及愛人如己的情操。

Ms Lisa is passionate about Early Childhood Education and has years of teaching experience. She possesses a Bachelor of Education degree and has also completed a Certification Course for Kindergarten Principals.

Ms Lisa believes that children are little thinkers; Innocent and full of life, they possess a unique view of the world. She believes that it is a teacher’s responsibility to provide an open-ended learning environment and she aims to shape the next generation into becoming creative individuals who are not afraid to express their views. Ms Lisa also values collaboration between school and home to help foster respectful, loving and caring children.

何婉雯老師熱愛幼兒教育工作，對幼兒有愛心、有耐性，擅長與幼兒溝通。精於幼兒普通話教育，曾在香港多間知名幼稚園擔任普通話教師。

何老師以靈活、專業、有趣的教學方法，讓幼兒在輕鬆愉快的氣氛下學習。她的教學活潑生動、具有感染力，並針對每個幼兒的發展及特點教學，做到因材施教。

Ms Ho specialises in teaching Putonghua and has experience working as a Chinese teacher at a variety of reputable kindergartens around Hong Kong. She adopts a professional, flexible and fun approach to conduct unit learning and tries to ensure that her classrooms have a comfortable and cheerful atmosphere in which students can flourish.

Ms Ho differentiates her teaching based on the needs of individual students, and firmly believes in treating each child with love, patience and respect.

Ms. Emma, originally from Scotland, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Childhood Practice and has developed a strong background in early childhood leadership, having successfully led both Toddler and Pre-School departments.

After taking time to explore New Zealand, she is thrilled to resume her teaching journey here in Hong Kong. Driven by a passion for quality, child-centred education, Ms. Emma is dedicated to ensuring children experience a welcoming, engaging environment that meets their individual learning needs. She takes particular pride in helping children flourish during their early years. Her classroom is a warm space of curiosity and growth.

In her spare time, Ms. Emma enjoys exploring new places, reading, and spending time with friends.

Rebecca is from England and Hong Kong. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Education with a specialism in Psychological Studies in Education.

Since 2017, she has taught English to native and non-native English speakers aged 2 to 14 and has found immense joy in seeing students grow and build confidence as they develop new skills. She has a passion to help children to develop independence through interacting and playing with others, to allow them to be creative and fluent users of English.

In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys painting, reading, baking, and visiting cafes.

Ms. Lou, born and raised in Hong Kong, draws on her local education experience to shape her teaching. She holds qualifications from Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education and is pursuing a Master’s in Early Childhood Studies at the University of Huddersfield.

Since 2019, she has taught in local and international kindergartens, with her passion for teaching sparked by Sunday School classes. Ms. Lou believes in fostering emotional well-being through hands-on, nurturing learning experiences that promote independence and self-expression. Her classroom is a safe space where children feel a strong sense of belonging.

In her free time, Ms. Lou enjoys fitness classes, indulging in sweets, travelling, and spending quiet moments with her cats.

Ms. Luren, originally from South Africa, has been teaching English in Hong Kong since 2018. With a Bachelor’s in HR and Industrial Psychology, she is currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Education. Ms. Luren is passionate about helping children gain confidence in English through fun and engaging lessons that balance achievement with enjoyment.

Her teaching philosophy centres on creating a supportive environment where students feel motivated to explore and learn. She tailors her approach to meet individual needs, fostering a love for language and communication. Her classroom is a lively space of growth and discovery.

In her free time, Ms. Luren enjoys walking along Victoria Harbour, exploring Hong Kong’s natural beauty, and spending time in nature.

曾老師自2005年畢業於香港教育大學後一直從事幼兒教育工作，曾於香港及 台灣兩地任教，對教學的熱誠多年不變。

Zeng Lao Shi graduated from The Hong Kong Education University in 2005, and has been working in Early Childhood Education ever since. Teaching young learners in both Hong Kong and Taiwan, she has gained a wealth of experience. Despite the passing years, Zeng Lao Shi’s passion towards teaching remains as strong as ever.

Zeng Lao Shi takes pride in being a part of her students' journeys. She believes in the power of creating a harmonious learning environment for children to learn via stories and games. She hopes to inspire children to find their own motivation toward learning, as well as to shape them into possessing a positive learning attitude.

徐老師在中國內地幼師畢業後成為省一級幼兒園教師，長期從事學前教育工作，她現在是一名注冊教員並取得幼兒教育文憑及國際文憑組織(IB課程)文憑。多年來在PIPS擔任不同年級雙語班的班主任並負責普通話的教學工作。徐老師的教學理念是鼓勵和激發幼兒主動探究學習，在集體的活動中學會關愛、獨立和合作，她衷心希望孩子們在學校和家庭的共同努力下健康、快樂地成長，成為一名獨立分析思考，具有社會責任感的新一代!

Before relocating to Hong Kong, Ms Anita worked as a kindergarten teacher in a star-rated provincial-level school after graduating in mainland China specialising in Early Childhood Education. A registered teacher in Hong Kong, she has completed a comprehensive amount of IB teacher training. Throughout her time at PIPS, Ms Anita has served as a Chinese class teacher for a variety of levels.

Ms Anita seeks to encourage children to be proactive and independent enquirers, while guiding them towards being caring and cooperative in group activities. Ms Anita believes that, with joint effort between home and school, children at PIPS will become pillars of society who take pride in shouldering social responsibility, as well as possessing the ability to think critically.

Mr. Dale, originally from Sheffield, England, relocated to Hong Kong to pursue his passion for early childhood education. With a Master’s in Education and over eight years of teaching experience in Hong Kong and mainland China, he is committed to fostering a love for learning.

Mr. Dale believes that fun and engaging activities are essential for children’s growth, creating a supportive environment tailored to each child’s needs. He values collaboration with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress, and continually enhances his teaching through professional development. His classroom is a dynamic space where children thrive through interactive and joyful learning experiences.

Outside of school, Mr. Dale enjoys exploring new teaching methodologies, staying active, and connecting with the Hong Kong community.

Ms. Alice, a registered teacher in Hong Kong and mainland China, holds a Master of Education from Hong Kong Baptist University and a PGDE from the Education University of Hong Kong. With over ten years of experience in international schools in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, she is deeply passionate about early childhood education. Ms. Alice respects each child’s individuality, fostering their growth with love and patience in a supportive environment.

Her teaching philosophy centres on helping children develop through engaging, personalised activities that inspire confidence and curiosity. Her classroom is a warm space where young learners thrive.

王亞麗老師來自中國雲南省昆明市，在1991年移民香港，畢業於澳洲雪梨的學前教育專業。王老師在香港的國際幼稚園從事了14年教育工作，主力教普通話，也有教英文的經驗。王老師是兩個小朋友的媽媽，她很喜歡小朋友和熱愛幼兒教育工作，王老師相信早期兒童教育對小朋友將來發展非常重要。

Ms Astro is originally from the Yunnan province in mainland China. Studying in Sydney, Australia, she specialised in Early Childhood Education. Since moving to Hong Kong Ms Astro has been working in an international pre-school setting for over 14 years.

Ms Astro is a mother of two. She is very enthusiastic about education and always seeks to continue gaining knowledge and understanding. She believes that the early childhood stage has the most significant impact on each child's future development.

黃老師畢業於香港教育大學，獲授幼兒教育榮譽學士學位。她熱衷於幼兒教育，擁有豐富的教學經驗，曾在本地及國際幼稚園任教。 她深信每位幼兒都是獨一無二的，老師應以尊重與耐心啟發他們的潛能，使學習成為一段愉快且富有意義的旅程。她希望透過有趣 及多元化的教學方式，培養幼兒的好奇心、獨立思考及合作能力，同時讓孩子在實踐中學會表達與反思，成為充滿自信、勇於創新及 富同理心的社會棟樑。

Ms. Natalie, a passionate early childhood educator, holds a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from the Education University of Hong Kong. With experience in local and international kindergartens, she believes every child is a unique learner who thrives with respect and patience.

Ms. Natalie fosters curiosity, independent thinking, and cooperation through diverse, engaging teaching methods. Her classroom is a nurturing space where children reflect, express themselves, and grow into confident, empathetic individuals. She is dedicated to making learning a joyful and meaningful journey.

Outside of teaching, Ms. Natalie enjoys exploring creative activities, staying active, and building connections with her students and their families.

Mr Xavier is half French, half English, and was born and raised in England and Germany. He studied German Studies at the University of Leeds in 2011 and graduated with honours from The Open University in the UK. Mr Xavier obtained his iPGCE from the University of East London and has worked in education since 2014.

A Grade 8 music theorist, flautist, and vocalist, he spent his first eight years as a teacher working as a music specialist in Hong Kong kindergartens. He believes that the immeasurable reach and influence of a teacher fosters a passion for learning that changes the world for the better, one life at a time.

In his spare time, Mr Xavier enjoys exploring new cuisines through home cooking and engaging in cross-cultural experiences.

楊秀麗老師是一位具有豐富幼兒教學經驗的老師，自2000年幼師畢業後，一直從事幼兒教育工作，先後於國內和香港幼稚園任職幼師，具備兩地幼兒教育資格。她認為每位孩子都是獨特而有魅力的，只要用心就能發掘孩子們不同的閃光點。在孩子的學習過程中，她堅持做孩子學習的同行者和引導者，協助孩子建構知識，讓孩子逐步具備學習的能力。

Ms Anny graduated specialising in Early Childhood Education in the year 2000, and has been working as a qualified teacher in Kindergartens in both mainland China and Hong Kong since then.

Ms Anny believes that each child is unique and adorable. While teaching and learning, she strives to become each child’s personal guide, leading them by scaffolding their knowledge and equipping them with the skills and understanding necessary to become strong and independent inquirers.

鄭彤老師來自中國湖北。她在香港教育大學獲取兒童及家庭教育的碩士學位及 幼兒教育文憑，並先後於多家知名幼稚園擔任普通話老師。作為一名合資格的 幼兒教育工作者，鄭老師對幼兒教育充滿熱誠，以愛心對待每一位幼兒，耐心地 聆聽他們的心聲，以幫助幼兒更好地成長與進步為目標。鄭老師堅信以兒童為 中心的教育理念，致力為的成長創造一個有趣、有創意以及有效的學習環境。

Ms Tonya is from Hubei in China. She has taught Mandarin in many well-known kindergartens. She holds a Master’s Degree in Child and Family Education from the Education University of Hong Kong.

Ms Tonya is passionate about early childhood education and loves young children. She is patient, good at communicating with and listening to children’s voices, and wants to help children to grow and progress. She believes in child-centred learning and aims to create a more interesting, creative and effective learning environment in which her students can learn and flourish.

周吉云老師是我校普通話專科教師，她來自湖南省婁底市，畢業於婁底市人文科技學院的學前教育專業。在香港從事幼兒工作十餘年，能以專業、獨特、有趣的教學方式，教授予學生輕鬆的學習方法，幫助學對普通話產生興趣及投入。她在栢基幼稚園教授親子班及三語班，她期待著每一位學生的到來，與幼兒一起開心地學習和愉快地探索普通話的樂趣。

Ms Karen graduated from the Hunan University of Humanities, Science And Technology in her hometown, majoring in Early Childhood Education. Before joining our team, she has been working in an early childhood setting in Hong Kong for more than a decade.

Ms Karen teaches the Under 2’s accompanied programme, as well as the trilingual classes here at PIPS. Her lessons are filled with interesting activities for young learners and she always seeks to keep children engaged by promoting an upbeat and positive atmosphere.
